BOX AND BIKE IS A HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT!
Your 45-minute training experience involves 7-8 two minute rounds, alternating between boxing on the box master and spin bike intervals.
The perfect combination for a complete body workout!
What will you need:
All clients are required to train with boxing gloves, sweat towel and a drink bottle.
If you do not have boxing gloves our boxing gloves start from $30 a pair.
We do request that our new clients do arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior to the start of their first session to complete a small induction.
